Here are the Top 6 things you can do to destress yourself
1.Meditation
Meditation is the best thing that you can do to destress.Try meditating at least 5 minutes a day. Yeah, I know that meditation sounds boring to many of you out there but you are going to start falling in love with it once you really start doing it the right way. There are many forms of meditation techniques that are shared via social media by so many wise people out there.You can choose which ever is best for you and give it a try.
2.Reading books
Reading books can help us take our mind off things that are bothering us. Many literature studies have proven that reading books helps in distressing and clear our mind.Try reading atleast 20 minutes a day and you will see amazing results.
3. Exercise or yoga
It is known fact that exercise reduces the levels of body's stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. It also stimulates the production of endorphins, chemicals in the brain that are the body's natural painkillers and mood elevators. So please try workouts and in addition Yoga also releases all sorts of harmones that reduces stress.
Both exercise as well as yoga helps you calm down and feel better.
4.Try playing games or watching TV shows
Playing games can drive you to an entirely different world and reduce stress.Try playing rubik's cube or any board game or video game anything that you are fond of.Try watching your favorite TV shows that you can enjoy and laugh together with your family.
5. Music
Try listening music or if you know playing any musical instruments try playing them.Music is a therapy that calms your mind and gives you a wonderful experience.
6. Painting
Painting is another beautiful thing that you can do to destress. Try painting anything that is on your mind go wild with colours and explore.
Live in the moment enjoy what you are doing. Dont worry about your past or your future. Just stay in the present.
These are the 6 things i suggest which you can inculcate in your daily routine to destress yourself.
