Today let's talk about 5 TEA'S that are extremely good for your health
1.WHITE TEA
The leaves and buds of camellia sinensis plant are picked before they are fully open and are less processed when compared to black and green tea leaves.This white tea is rich in antioxidants ,fights cancer, reduces the growth of bacteria on teeth,reduces risk of heart diseases ,fights skin aging,protects against Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease
2.LEMON AND BLACK PEPPER TEA
This tea is great for cold and soar throat.All you need to do is mix 1/4 th teaspoon of pepper, 1/4 th teaspoon of lemon,1/4 th teaspoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of honey in a glass and add hot water to it.This tea is also rich in antioxidants. If you drink this tea regularly your skin glows.This tea keeps sugar levels in control and also have cancer fighting properties.
3.GOOSEBERRY TEA
In a container add one and a half cup of water, now add teaspoon of Dried gooseberry powder and half a teaspoon of freshly crushed ginger and let it simmer for 10 minutes in a medium flame and strain the water.This drink works wonders in detoxing your body and rejuvenates you from inside. This tea boosts your immune system enhances your heart, liver and kidney health.It also helps in weight loss and good hair growth.
4.HOLY BASIL TEA
All you need to have to prepare this tea is 2 to 3 holy basil leaves,half tablespoon honey and half tablespoon lemon juice.Take a glass of water in a container and add holy basil leaves and boil for 5 minutes now strain water and add rest of the ingredients and drink. This tea regulates blood sugar levels,boosts immunity and also heals your skin, teeth and respiratory tract.
5.FENUGREEK TEA
Soak some fenugreek seeds overnight.In the morning add some fenugreek leaves and the soaked fenugreek seeds in a blender and make a fine paste by adding water to it.Now add lemon and pepper to it.Adding pepper enhances its nutrient absorption.Now boil this mixture and enjoy this healthy and nutritious tea.This tea regulates cholesterol and blood sugar levels.Its anti inflammatory and it also controls heart burn and help regulate type 1 type 2 diabetes.But this tea is not recommended if medicine is used for diabetes. It also aids in weight loss .
